Job Summary: The RV parts person is responsible for assisting customers with parts in the store or ordering of non-inventory parts. They will aid the techs and service in finding and ordering parts for our service department. They will aid in inventory control, neatness of parts area and merchandising.
Key areas of Responsibilities:
Greet Customers
Help them locate parts
Educate them about part functions
Accepting payments
Inventory management
Order stocking & non-stocking parts for service technicians from various vendors
Maintaining store appearance & shelves
Must have:
Ability to read schematic of appliances to identity parts
Strong customer service skills
Interpersonal Skills
Willing to learn products
Ability to sell and recommend complementary parts
Ability to lift 25 lbs
