WHO WE NEED

We are seeking an experienced roll to roll print operator in our large format printing department. The operator will be responsible for the day to day print production and maintenance of the printers. The position requires a person who is very organized and great in prioritizing, organizing and planning in order to see each job through completion and be able to meet given deadlines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO As our Roll to Roll Print Operator, you will:

• Read and understand job tickets to ensure production is produced according to specification
• Perform quality checks according to established procedures to ensure high quality of production
• Monitor printer efficiencies & speed to ensure production levels meet or exceed standards & make appropriate adjustments
• Assist in workflow and process improvement planning
• Observe machines in operation and make adjustments as needed
• Identify workable production solutions when troubleshooting
• Ensure deadlines are maintained and company objectives are met
• Maintain printer and inventory supplies as needed
• Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of equipment and area
• Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• At least 1 year of experience with RIP, wide-format printing in a high-volume production environment.
• A demonstrated ability to maintain organization with multiple projects, prioritize workflow, adhere to timelines, and meet deadlines.
• You speak, read and write fluent English (Spanish is a plus but not required)
• You are prompt, courteous, professional and take pride in your work.
• Professional communication and organization skills.
