About the Role:

Richard's RV Servicenter, Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated RV Technician to join our team in Greer, SC! Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems on a variety of RV makes and models

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks on recreational vehicles

Troubleshoot and repair appliances, slide-outs, awnings, and other RV-specific components

Document repair orders, parts used, and labor time accurately in the service management system

Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to service advisors and customers

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the service bay

Stay current with manufacturer service bulletins, technical training, and industry updates

Requirements:

Prior experience in RV repair or a related trade is preferred

RVIA/RVDA certification or willingness to obtain certification a plus

Working knowledge of 12V/120V electrical systems, propane systems, and plumbing

Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and structural issues independently

Strong attention to detail with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Must have own basic hand tools; specialty tools provided

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Dependable, self-motivated, and a team-oriented attitude
