    RV Estimator. $60K to $90K, Monday to Friday schedule, steady workflow, paid holidays and vacation, 20 year established shop

    ** RV ESTIMATOR**

    We are searching for an experienced RV and Auto estimator. We are in our 20th year of business, family owned and operated. Candidates will be familiar with computers, estimating software and cultivating relationships to build a great rapport with adjusters, insurance companies and RV owners.

    Responsibilities/Duties:

    Include creating estimates & supplements, client intake, ordering & tracking parts, scheduling, working with technicians, final review & release RVs, and responding to client requests.

    Position requires significant phone, data entry, and client contact. Industry experience, good mathematical skills and software experience - including e-mails, excel spreadsheets, and estimating software are the foundation of the job.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
    • At least 5 years of experience writing estimates on repair costs for RVs, automobiles, and other vehicles.
    • Strong skills in customer service and communication for liaising with clients and insurance companies
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Ability to multi-task and self proficiency
    • Understanding of RV parts and ordering
    • Computer experience with e-mails, excel and scheduling
    • Experience with CCC estimating software
    • Knowledge of vehicle repair processes, materials, and industry standards
    • Attention to detail and the ability to prepare and maintain accurate records
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams
    • Problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering quality service
    • Experience in the automotive or RV repair industry is highly preferred
