RW Connection, Inc. is a regional distributor of industrial rubber products and industrial MRO supplies. We are a fabricating distributor for industrial and hydraulic hose, fittings, conveyor belting and gaskets. We are a rapidly growing, market leader representing the premier manufacturers in the industry.
We operate out of eight full service, stocking and fabricating branch locations, based in three states including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland.
We are currently seeking an experienced sales person to join our sales team focusing on industrial rubber products including: conveyor belt, gasket, hydraulic and industrial hose hose, fittings and accessories. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a technical knowledge and understanding of these products combined with a solid sales approach including "hands on" and a proven track record of growing a customer base. This sales territory would include the Baltimore / Washington DC area.
RW Connection represents the premier names in the industry including, Danfoss, Continental, Gates and Dixon to name just a few. We are also an Danfoss Aeroquip Premier Fluid Conveyance Distributor in which we stock and fabricate Eaton Aeroquip hydraulic hose assemblies for both the OE and MRO markets. We offer a full range of value add services including, OEM kitting, VMI services, hydrostatic testing, on-site vulcanizing capabilities and more.

Requirements: In this role, you will have the primary responsibility of growing our conveyor belt, hydraulic and industrial hose, fittings and accessory product lines with new as well as with existing accounts. The markets you will be calling on would include OE, mobile equipment, defense contractors, government, construction, agriculture, aggregate, mechanical contractors and general industrial type accounts located in this region of PA.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
5 years or more experience in outside sales serving industrial markets
Proven track record of growing a sales territory and developing new accounts
Excellent customer service and presentation skills
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong computer skills
Experience in industrial MRO, hydraulic hose, fittings and related products
Excellent communication skills
