RWB Sales is a Manufacturers Rep Agency in the pool, spa, and outdoor living industry covering the southeast US for over 40 years. Using your relationship based selling skills, you will build a large portfolio of business selling to new and repeat customers which include builders, landscapers, service techs and distributors. You will continue to build upon and grow an existing territory by creating lasting business relationships. We will provide all the tools, training and support needed to lead to your steady and increasing income potential.
Job Summary
The Territory Manager’s primary role is to maintain the company’s existing relationships with customers within the territory and develop new business opportunities. You will have the support of our sales manager, inside staff, and mfrs to plan and execute the promotion of products and services to our customers. Prior experience with a two-step distribution business model would be helpful.
