    JOB TITLE: National Account Executive

     

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    As a Sales Representative for RWB Trucking, you will build your own book of business while handling your customer’s transportation needs 24/7/365. This is a high transaction business to business sales position. We are looking for individuals who are hungry, willing to work hard, and are not afraid to pick up the phone. You will create and manage a portfolio of accounts, which you will receive commission from. You’ll be the single point of contact for your customer and the carrier handling your loads. We’re looking for people who have a knack for problem-solving, quick decision making, are detail-oriented, can multi-task at a high level, and have the drive to make a lot of money. Unlike most companies hiring in our field - there is NO experience in the industry needed. We are just looking for people with a good head on their shoulders and a good work ethic. Our top notch training program will provide you with all of the tools you will need to be successful!

    YOUR JOB:

    • Develop prospect list and solicit new customers
    • Sell and close new and existing customers to move their freight
    • Negotiate price with shippers and carriers
    • Manage daily shipments and resolving issue with a high level of customer service
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with outside customers and other organizational entities
    • Confer with company leadership and staff members to discuss issues, coordinate activities and resolve problems
    • Be honest and proactive in all your communications

    YOU NEED THE FOLLOWING TO GET IN THE DOOR:

    • College degree preferred, but not needed.
    • The drive needed to work hard in a hard-working industry
    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflict
    • Willingness to be molded. Our trainers were top salespeople in the industry. The more you accept their guidance, the more successful you will be.
    • We prefer some sales experience, but we have top sales representatives with diverse backgrounds
    • A desire for great customer service
