Job Description

RWC Building Products, a leader in roofing and building supplies, is looking for an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our expanding sales team. The schedule is Monday- Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and every other Saturday 7:00am-12:00pm. This is an 80/18 schedule in which 18 hours are overtime per pay period plus commission.

This position is integral to our sales process as the Inside Sales Representatives are tasked with greeting our customers and assisting them through multiple stages of the purchasing process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers at the counter and over the phone with their roofing, flooring, and building material needs
• Entering sales orders and cash transactions into company database

REQUIREMENTS:

• Sales and customer service experience in building supply distribution a plus
• Proficient with MS Office, Internet and software programs
• Roofing background preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) helpful
• Associate Degree preferred
• Must pass a mandatory background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to work under pressure
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and proper phone etiquette
