Looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to join our Closing team. Need a problem solver with excellent communication skills and a CAN-DO attitude with a desire to take skills to the next level! Responsibilities: • Ship original Note to warehouse bank coordinate loan shipment to investor or document custodian • Act as liaison between operations team and secondary market investor • Apply and clear post-closing conditions to verify file is ready for delivery • Deliver files to investors on or before the due dates assigned by Secondary • Perform post-purchase duties (transfer MERS, Good-Bye letter, trailing docs) • Insure Government loans in a timely manner • Audit and balance final docs, issue Post Closing CD • Create or update PPs as needed Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills required 2-3 years minimum in the mortgage industry required, specifically management or purchase of closed loan files or loan delivery Familiarity with home loans and residential mortgages such as FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional loan guidelines Preferred college degree, required high school diploma Microsoft Office experience and mortgage loan program knowledge required, NMLS proficiency a bonus THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ARE NECESSARY FOR THIS POSITION: • Must have a high level of computer skills experienced with Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook • Mortgage experience required • Experience using Encompass and Investor Connect, MERS, AllRegs, and other Mortgage programs • Positive attitude, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and a good team player that is able to take initiative, make sound decisions, as well as able to take direction • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment • Maintain current working knowledge of mortgage industry trends, developments, and standards Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
