RWM Home Loans is looking to grow its Marketing Team with a collaborative Marketing Associate who is passionate about creativity and innovation! As Marketing Associate, your focus will be content creation and helping the team fulfill its initiatives. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work alongside the rest of the Marketing Team. You will also support company and loan officer events by aiding in the planning process. You will bring fresh ideas to all your projects and will be proactive in finding ways to reach new levels of success. Responsibilities: Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written • Create recurring internal and external newsletters • Produce weekly social media content • Fulfill marketing requests • Develop email campaign templates • Provide internal and external event coordination • Support organization's philanthropy campaigns • Support the marketing inbox • Provide CRM support • Order marketing materials for employees Qualifications: Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field • Must have experience in content creation • Must have an understanding of design principles • Must have experience inbox management and organization • Familiarity with event coordination and planning Compensation: $40,000 - $48,000 yearly
