Job Description:

We are looking for Sales Associates who are passionate about the retail industry, have passion for or a proven track record for driving sales, provide exceptional customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive sales environment.

Role and Responsibilities of a Sales Associate:

Work with assisting new and existing customers.

Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.

Handle customer situations and making equitable decisions for the customer and the company.

Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events.

Participate as a "team player", constantly supporting other team members. Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

Qualifications of a Sales Associate:

Must be age 18 and obtained high school diploma or GED required.

2 year Associate degree preferred but not required.

Experience in retail sales or customer service background preferred but not required.

Candidates must possess proven communication skills.

Must be able to work Retail Store Hours.

Must have reliable transportation.
