    In the Entry-level Customer Service/Sales Representative role, you’ll work with a full range of products and services on behalf of our client. You’ll focus on generating new sales revenue within a retail setting by building customer relations, networking, and identifying sales opportunities. You’ll partner with new and existing customers to understand their needs and deliver customized value-added solutions to cater to their priorities. We also have a high focus on having a positive company culture in order to showcase the value our team means to us on a daily basis.

    ENTRY-LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Engage with customers and build customer rapport
    • Set and achieve sales and account acquisition goals
    • Provide and maintain knowledge about the client's products/services
    • Utilize sale presentations and selling skills taught within the training period
    • Organization and follow-through
    • Uphold client integrity

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2-4 year degree preferred, but not required

    • 0-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or related industry

    • Ability to learn and retain information throughout the hands-on training process

    • Disciplined work ethic and student mentality

    • Outstanding attitude to set the example and lead others

    • Adequate communication, time management and organizational skills

    • Works well in a team environment
