General Description
Join our elite team as a Race Sales Associate. This role is an opportunity to showcase your expertise in customer communication, sales, and relationship-building within the racing and performance vehicle industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, guiding customers through the sales process, closing deals, and delivering a high level of service from initial contact to final delivery. Success in this role is defined by increased sales of race vehicles and services, strong customer satisfaction, effective problem-solving, and the ability to consistently exceed customer expectations.
Schedule Shop hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Lunch typically between noon and 1:00 PM
This is a salaried position and not a traditional 8-to-5 role. A minimum of 40 hours per week is expected, but evenings, weekends, and additional time will often be required to support customer needs, race weekends, trackside activities, and local or national travel. Because compensation includes both base salary and commission, top performers are expected to engage with customers proactively when opportunities arise, including outside normal business hours. As success in the role grows, greater flexibility in managing time may be earned.
To Be Successful
The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, communicates clearly and professionally, and works well within a fast-paced team environment. Experience in the racing industry, along with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships, is highly valued. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to sales, attention to detail, adaptability, and a team-first mindset. A high-performing Race Sales Associate takes initiative, supports others when needed, and consistently represents Crown Racing with professionalism to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
