Rack’d Logistics Solutions is an Ecommerce & B2B 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) business serving fast growing ecommerce & wholesale brands.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Associate to help manage our Los Angeles operations.
This job is on-site at the warehouse facility 5 days per week.
You will be responsible for most aspects of our warehouse operations including inbound/outbound freight, parcel, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Directly involved in all activities pertaining to shipping, receiving, warehousing, and transportation of products.
Track movement and arrival of goods across the ecommerce supply chain, communicating status and changes.
Identify and resolve exceptions, disruptions, and constraints that arise in the fulfillment experience.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded on every order.
Improve warehouse flow when new products are stocked or replenished. Be able to conceptualize, develop, and execute on improvements that relate to storage & fulfillment efficiency.
Communicate effectively with management on a day to day basis to improve overall business operations.
Work collaboratively with other departments and supply chain partners to adapt and implement best practices.
Regularly review and modify activities based on shipment levels, workload projections, facility/warehouse utilization and inventory levels.
Establish and maintain reporting related to cost, volume, and order status.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Very comfortable using Microsoft Excel basic & intermediate functions.
Proficient in modern software & computer systems including Windows & Mac (Office suite, Slack, Zoom, Email, Airtable, etc)
Experience with fulfillment or shipping software is HUGE plus.
Good oral & written communication skills.
Highly organized and efficient with the capability to prioritize and multitask.
Mobility to kneel, stoop, use stairs, reach, pull and lift boxes of usually between 25-40 pounds on a regular basis.
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is a plus
Willingness and flexibility to take on new tasks, grow, and learn
Qualifications:
1-3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
Experience working in or related to eCommerce businesses.
Must be able to effectively troubleshoot, prioritize, manage time and projects, and multi-task in a fast paced, growing company environment
Education/ Experience:
