SUMMARY
The Sales Development Rep (SDR) is part of a dynamic team that helps Racket's clients enter a new phase of growth. The SDR will be an individual contributor responsible for generating leads, setting demos and appointments for their prospective clients.
This position is 100% remote anywhere in the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets
- Learn about a prospective client’s organization, culture and industry
- Follows up promptly and qualifies all new sales leads
- Appropriately document all sales activity in company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
- Clearly articulate the value proposition to potential customers
- Makes 70+ dials per day
- Generates new sales leads through outbound efforts and other methods
- Maintain up-to-date info on the opportunity funnel, and work with sales and management to focus on key opportunities for the business
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
