    SUMMARY

    The Sales Development Rep (SDR)  is part of a dynamic team that helps Racket's clients enter a new phase of growth. The SDR will be an individual contributor responsible for generating leads, setting demos and appointments for their prospective clients. 

     

    This position is 100% remote anywhere in the US. 

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

    • Meet or exceed annual sales targets
    • Learn about a prospective client’s organization, culture and industry
    • Follows up promptly and qualifies all new sales leads
    • Appropriately document all sales activity in company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
    • Clearly articulate the value proposition to potential customers
    • Makes 70+ dials per day 
    • Generates new sales leads through outbound efforts and other methods
    • Maintain up-to-date info on the opportunity funnel, and work with sales and management to focus on key opportunities for the business

     

    EDUCATION:

    • High School Diploma or GED required.
