RAD Diversified is a Real Estate Investment company. We are seeking a professional, detailed-oriented Human Resources Recruiter. In this role, you will manage projects as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.

MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND FOR RECRUITING SALES CANDIDATES.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare documents, correspondence and spreadsheets
• Source for qualified candidates on job search engines
• Follow up and follow through with employees and new hires
• Pre-Screen candidates
• Conduct phone interviews and set-up virtual interviews for the Director
• Find job boards through social media, local communities and colleges
• Reach out and attend local college career fairs to post our current openings.
• Assist with onboarding of new hire employees and consultants
• Assist with employee relations and benefits & compensation initiatives
• HR degree or HR experience preferred

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiar with Google platform (docs, sheets, meets)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and organization skills
