    South Denver Surgery Center is hiring a Radiology Tech to join our team!

    **Radiology Technologist at South Denver Surgery Center: **

    The Radiology Technologist performs basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures as requested by a licensed physician in an Ambulatory Surgery Center or Surgical Hospital.

    Qualifications

    • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) licensure/certification
    • State Department of Health License if required by the state
    • BLS and ACLS if required by the center/hospital
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience.
    • Able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the health care team

    Required Skills:

    • Education:
      • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
      • Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred.
    • Licenses/Certifications:
      • Active and valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required.
      • State license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in Arizona required.
      • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
      • Advanced certifications (e.g., fluoroscopy) may be required or preferred depending on the specific duties of the role.
    • Experience:
      • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, preferably in a surgical or outpatient setting.
      • Experience in imaging for orthopedics, spine surgery, or similar specialties is a plus.
