    RadiLens is a venture-backed, remote-first company with a hub in Atlanta (USA). We're currently seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative to join the team. This is an opportunity to start on the ground floor at a fast-growing healthcare technology company with unlimited potential for growth.

    This is a full-time remote role (EST time zone) open to candidates anywhere in the world. You will thrive in this role (professionally and financially) if you're a self-starter and are hungry for performance-based upside that's fully in your control.

    Compensation

    • Base: $35K-$50K
    • OTE: $75K-$120K

    What you have:

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • A team-oriented mindset, valuing transparency, and working in a data-driven environment
    • Extremely comfortable engaging with professionals through multiple outbound channels

    What's good to have:

    • 6+ months of SaaS sales experience (B2B/Enterprise)
    • Passion for healthcare technology and an ability to speak knowledgeably about the industry to prospects

    What you'll do:

    • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and personalized touchpoints to potential clients on a consistent basis
    • Daily sourcing and maintaining of the top-of-funnel sales pipeline through well-researched and targeted outbound activities (HubSpot)
    • Working directly with the founder on developing assets and processes, contributing to the Sales Playbook, coaching, training, etc.
