    Radial Power focuses on providing distributed energy and sustainability solutions to commercial and industrial real estate asset owners across their regionally dispersed and diverse asset class portfolios.

    Founded in 2022, Radial Power is led by an experienced management team with decades of cumulative industry experience in growing and building sustainable, profitable solar, BESS, EV, and clean energy financing businesses.

    Our main goal is to help large real estate operators to deploy energy solutions creatively, maximizing the number of sites with reliable and cost-competitive onsite clean energy assets, supporting the decarbonization of their operations and communities.

    As an intern at Radial Power, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Expand your knowledge and skills while gaining hands-on professional experience.
    • Engage with leaders throughout the organization and learn about the clean energy industry.
    • Have lunch with a member of our Executive Management Team.
    • Our program takes place from late May/early June to mid-late August, lasting for 8-10 weeks.

    ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

    As an Intern on our Finance team, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced yet highly experienced team on the leading edge of the clean energy transition. All the while, paving the way to make a difference in the future of Radial Power (www.radialpower.com), energyRe (www.energyre.com) and sustainable energy.

    • Models and analyses in support of debt, ABS, tax equity and equity capital markets transactions
    • Evaluating M&A opportunities
    • Exposure to all other aspects of corporate finance: general FP&A (e.g. budgeting, forecasting), Treasury (e.g. cash management) and risk management (e.g. insurance)
    • Provide support to ad hoc requirements as they arise.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation date in 2025 or 2026
    • Majoring in Finance, Business, Economics, Managerial Studies or a related discipline.
    • Interest in the renewable energy or clean energy sector.
    • A cumulative (unweighted) GPA of 3.3 or above.
