We have an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-paced, growing company in beautiful Redmond, Oregon! Our company is currently seeking a full-time, experienced Controller to help direct and grow our accounting department. This role is responsible to maintain accounting records, implement a system of controls over accounting transactions, and oversee all accounting operations. Controller Responsibilities: · Oversee all accounting operations. · Support monthly/year end close processes. · Lead strategic planning process for investment planning purposes. · Create and build a system of controls and maintain the process to efficiently run an accounting department. · Ensure quality control over all financial transactions. · Supervise accounting department and provide direction as needed. · Various other accounting duties as assigned by Ops Manager and CEO. Required Skills and Experience: · Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance. · 7+ years of experience in a leadership role in an accounting department. · Solid leadership skills. · Ability to build and implement systems. · Excellent written and verbal skills, able to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external customers. · Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize appropriately. · Superior attention to detail and high level of accuracy. · Ability to be team focused while maintaining high level of integrity and honesty. · Experience in manufacturing is a must. Health benefits are offered the first of the month after 60 days and additional benefits are offered after 90 days.
