Role Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, has excellent communication skills, and is able to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Document customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
