This is a role that focuses on customer acquisition and ensuring our current business customers have the right products and services.

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries related to the client's products and services

Maintain adequate company and product knowledge to provide proficient service to be able to represent our client in a professional manner when working with business owners and decision makers

Work with our business clients one-on-one and in-person discussing our current products and services

Meet prospects and customers.

Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers daily

Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat business customers

QUALIFICATIONS :

Prior customer service experience is preferred

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Willingness to train and learn
