Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers, is searching for an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD supporting PdM Radars. Duties include:
- Review prime contractor reliability prediction analyses
- Review prime contractor requirements documentation and requirements change documentation for correctness, completeness, software safety compliance, testability and other attributes.
- Collect product and software data/metrics for evaluation of realized reliability performance against predicted performance.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with reliability engineering for military radars including AN/TPQ-50, AN/TPQ-53, and others.
- Experience with IV&V, software safety, testing, simulation, reliability evaluation, hardware testing and/or software development.
- Experience creating Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Failure Mode, Effect, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), and/or Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or other related discipline
- Current Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
- Familiarity with Software Reliability principles and practices.
Required Experience
- A minimum 5 years of Reliability Engineering experience is required.
