  • Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBLE FOR SALES GROWTH WITHIN NORTH AMERICA OF OUR ARES PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. 

    PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

    Senior Account Executive’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing business with existing and net new accounts. The Account Executive controls the account engagement; uses all resources to identify and solve account problems with appropriate ARES Products and Services.

     

    •  Comprehensive understanding of selling Software License and professional services across a wide spectrum of vertical markets.
    • Annual Booking and Revenue - Achieve / exceed quota targets.
    • Develop effective and specific industry plans to ensure pipeline development, sales opportunities, manage sales process, coordinate RFI RFP responses, contract negotiation focused on revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
    • Manage existing accounts and identify and develop relationships in new accounts at the executive decision-making level.
    • Manage territory and account including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
    • Establishes account relationships based on identifying and understanding their requirements and the value ARES products and services will bring to meet those requirements.
    • Coordinate the utilization of ARES resources to develop that relationship and understanding of our solutions. Maintain the customer relationship for further business opportunities.
    • Work closely with other Account Executives / Sales Consultants within the region to promote synergy and growth within the North America Region or other regions has directed by management.
    • Demand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management
    • Pipeline planning - Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline. Keep pipeline updated in Salesforce and reporting sales cycle movement.
    • Pipeline Resourcing – Leverage internal resources Marketing, Services, Product Development, Senior Management and Partners to move pipeline through the sales cycle.
    • Advance and close sales opportunities - through the successful execution of the sales cycle and senior management involvement.

    Required Skills

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proven ability to comfortably navigate C-level and senior management discussions across both business and technology stakeholders.
    • Consistent track record of over achievement
    • Exceptional time management and organization skills
    • Knowledge of Salesforce
    • Demonstrated history of closing multiple six figure deals
    • Ability to travel up to 50% within the designated territory

     Preferred Qualifications

    • Project Management or Construction management experience preferred

     

    Required Experience

    In order to be considered for this position you must have:

    Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years in an account executive role

    • 4 year degree BS/BA (or equivalent)

    • Minimum of 5 years of an account executive role
