Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis Engineer
Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing, employee owned company supporting Department of Defense (DoD) modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) of defensive systems, is searching for a talented Modeling and Simulation Analyst to join our development team. We are looking for an analyst with expertise in MS&A of DoD systems. The candidate will use tools developed in the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM) environment to support the design, development, and testing of ground-based High Energy Laser (HEL) weapon systems for our United States Army customer. Activities may support analysis and trade studies of individual subsystem components, assessment of performance and effectiveness of multiple systems, recommendations for the employment of multiple systems, and MS&A support to live-fire tests of prototype or fielded systems. Duties will include coordination across multiple teams for analysis planning, execution, and regular reporting of emerging and final MS&A results that will be delivered to senior management and DoD customers.
