    The Project Manager Consultant will provide the following services:

     

    PRE-SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Plan all aspects of project from initial team size, resources required for on-site and off-site from initial phase through implementation and support
    • Independently document and sign off on overall project plan, including next/ongoing plan phases
    • Coordinate with Colleagues/Management to ensure the appropriate resources are available and leveraged onto the engagements
    • Assist with writing RFP’s, SOW’s and Project Plans

     

    FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Proven strong Organization, Planning, Risk Analysis, Controlling, Negotiation, and Communication (verbal/written) skills required
    • Maintain open communication with client including calling Summit Meetings and resolving/ escalating conflict
    • Strong leadership qualities and ability to know each lead role involved in project
    • Strong management qualities including ability to motivate while managing to the project plan
    • Establish and define the theoretical basis and principles for estimating project effort and duration, while analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate technical solutions
    • Take meticulous notes and distribute reports, so as to thoroughly articulate issues and to escalate resolutions
    • Maintain the Project schedule in coordination with various workgroups using project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Mingle, AgileZen)
    • Provide feedback to HR on performance and project contribution by team members for the Annual Review process

     

    TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Plan, control, and coordinate the development of projects from the initial definition phase, taking the concepts and following through to a successful deployment
    • Consult with internal and external/client Architects, Leads to clearly determine the roles and requirements of each consultant involved in the project/solution, while reviewing technical work for accuracy
    • Expertise in using MS Project with experience in resourcing loading/leveling, calendaring, etc.

     

    DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage and lead multiple teams on implementations of 10+ people with both onsite and offsite delivery models/components
    • Identify major milestones and establish critical path within the project plan while monitoring and reporting progress toward milestones on a daily or weekly basis as required
    • Serve as customer liaison on project facilitating daily and weekly project review meetings with clients and team members
    • Monitor and adjust project schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery in line with client expectations, ensuring that tight schedules are met
    • Mitigate technical risks and define the strategy for doing so
    • Escalate issues or concerns to Eagle Creek management
    • Foster and maintain good relationships with IT colleagues, both internal and external
    • Seek out and champion new development, configuration and implementation efforts
    • Proficiency in working with Project Center resources in addition it on/offshore resources

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 10 + years of consulting experience within the IT industry
    • 5+ years in dedicated PM roles for CRM consulting and implementation experience
    • 5 + years of project management experience implementing web-based applications with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • 2+ year (minimum) dedicated SFDC PM experience 
    • 5+ years in dedicated Agile or Scrum environments
    • 2+ years in Scrum Master roles, certification highly desired
    • Experience facilitating with teams on implementations of 5+ people with both onsite and offsite delivery models/components
    • Strong communication skills, and meeting facilitation, organizational skills with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms via presentations and written forms
    • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to interact with all levels within an organization
    • Experience managing/leading multiple teams on implementations of 10+ people with both onsite and offsite delivery models/components
    • Strong communication skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms via presentations and written forms
    • Understanding of Delivery and Project Management frameworks, methodologies, and practices (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
    • SFDC certification desired but not required
    • Previous development and programming experience desired but not required

    $17.69 PER HOUR

    Cognitive skills to process customs paperwork on international shipments.

     

    Cognitive skills to check cargo against accompanying forms to identify mishandling or discrepancies.

     

    Driving vehicles with gross weights of 3,000 to 80,000 lbs. in areas congested with aircraft, moving and stationary vehicles and equipment as well as positioning vehicle up to aircraft requiring depth perception and the ability to distinguish colors, red, green, and yellow.

     

    Load and unload cargo onto delivery trucks.

     

    Transport cargo to and from aircraft driving 3,000 lb. vehicle using depth perception to negotiate vehicle with attached carts through congested area.  Read "off-load" sheets to determine destination of cargo.

     

    Ability to judge distances.

     

    Ability to successfully communicate with others.

     

    Ability to understand and react to verbal commands and safety warnings, with and without, assistance of sight or visual aids.

     

    Ability to confront and question unauthorized personnel in secured areas, and report their presence to authorities as necessary.

     

    Reports to work on a regular and timely basis.
