Radiant Capital Solutions is hiring more Sales Representatives to meet the growing demand for financial services for small businesses! Do you enjoy a high energy environment? By joining RCS you will help businesses and merchants solve their financial needs with crucial cash advance funding services and small business loans. We will give you the tools and mentorship you need to build a pipeline of business, develop client relationships, and get capital into the hands of business when they need it.

Our team of Financial Sales Representatives are driven go-getters who earn their cut through hard work. This is a commission only role and is not for everyone. If you think you got what it takes, you too can succeed here as part of the RCS team!

WHAT YOU BRING

Strong drive to succeed through learning and growth

Organized, able to keep deadlines and manage a book of business

Technologically savvy; comfortable with Google Sheets, PDF editor, Microsoft Office.
