WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TO:
- Answer incoming calls, confirm scheduled appointments
- Transfer calls to various departments
- Respond to and resolve voicemail messages, abandoned and missed calls from customers
- Respond to customer requests (email, webchat, text) resolving issues and promoting the brand
- Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable
- Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably
- Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Make outbound scheduling and follow up calls to promote customer satisfaction
- Communicate with dispatch to ensure customers receive 5 Star Service
- Provide additional support to the team as needed
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Make fans of Radiant by being a customer advocate
- Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business
- Have entry level customer service experience. Experience working in a call center is preferred.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite. Experience with Customer Service Software. Experience with managing multiple software applications during the day.
- Problem Solve, have the ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.
- Active Listen, have the ability to actively attend to, convey, and assist with the issues of others.
- Excel in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Be comfortable working fully remote, part time shifts (Details to follow)
- Be highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Have excellent communication, both written and verbal. Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WORKING WITH RADIANT:
- Consistent weekly pay
- Pay Range: $19-$21 / Hr. Based on experience
- Schedule: Set Monday-Friday schedule between the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, totaling 15-25 hours. Flexible based on your availability and preference. Looking to fill 8-10 roles.
- Training periods will be conducted the weeks of April 4, 2022 and April 18, 2022
- Work from home; fully remote position
