Our amazing HR team is looking for an intern to join us for the summer! HR interacts with every department company wide and will give great exposure to an intern on supporting a company where it matters most - the people!

The Good Stuff:

• $15/hr
• 40 hours per week
• Flexible schedule (can work around summer classes)
• Company provided laptop
• Can sign on hours for college credit

Job Duties:

• Assist with the onboarding and off-boarding of employees
• Process documentation
• Support HR staff in attending new hire orientation and employee training experiences
• Meet with department managers to assist with current issues
• Shadow other departments to learn about our business operation as a whole
• Learn recruiting elements of HR
• Other duties as assigned

What you need:

• Enrollment in a HR (or related) program at a university at a junior level or above
• Ability to come to our Austin location daily
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Willingness to learn
• Clear, kind, and energetic attitude
• Excellent organizational skills
