The Good Stuff:
- $5000 Sign On Bonus!
- Installer Pay: $20-30/hr + Bonus
- Service Tech Pay: $17-28/hr

What you need:
**Install:
**
- 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations
- One of the following Journeyman Licenses: Sheet Metal, Gas Fitters, Refrigeration, Plumbing
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
- Ability to coach and train and apprentice
- Experience with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
- EPA Certification and Nate preferred
Service:
- 2+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
- Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years; including you must be 21 years old, and held a valid drivers license for three years to operate a company vehicle, and to obtain company insurance.
- Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
- Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
- Experience with: variable speed units, replacing parts such as contactors and capacitors, handling refrigerant, etc.
- EPA Certification, Nate and Journeyman preferred
