    "I'm Brad, my wife's name is Sarah, and since 1999 we've been serving Austin as the best little plumbing & HVAC company in Texas. We only hire the highest skilled, most reliable employees. But we don't stop there: If Sarah and I wouldn't want them over to our house for dinner, they don't work with us at Radiant, period. Not only are our employees knowledgeable and courteous, but they're all-around great folks who will go out of their way to make sure that our customers are taken care of.     THE ROLE: We are looking for a top-notch, confident, independent phone prodigy to join our team! Our Customer Service Reps keep our business running by:

    • Filling up our service schedule and keeping our technicians busy (no less than 3 days out)
    • Answering incoming calls
    • Responding to online email submissions and chats
    • Making outbound scheduling calls as needed
    • Making fans of Radiant!

    OUR SPECIAL SOMEONE WILL BE:

    • Eager to learn and grow within the department!

    • Able to quickly pick up new software systems

    • Self-motivated and independent - (this position is currently a virtual position, so you need to be able to stay on-track by yourself!)
    • Customer service-oriented, but with strong sales acumen
    • Schedule flexibility (we will go into further detail when we connect but we staff our phones 7 days a week)

    WHAT WE OFFER:

    • PAY: $15/hr plus weekly bonuses
    • FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY: we get pretty creative with our scheduling! Let us know your availability and we'll see if we can make it work. The first 4-6 weeks of this role is the training period. Your training schedule will be Mon-Fri from 8am-4pm. Then you will transition into a different set schedule. We staff our phones seven days a week.
