We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Radiation Technologist to join our growing Interventional Pain Management practice. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting physicians during fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures while also assisting with clinical and administrative duties to ensure efficient patient care and practice operations.

This position requires flexibility to perform both radiologic and medical assistant responsibilities as needed throughout the day.
Operate fluoroscopy equipment during interventional pain management procedures while ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety.
Assist physicians during fluoroscopy-guided procedures, including:
Position patients appropriately for procedures and imaging.
Document fluoroscopy time and radiation exposure in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards and ALARA principles.
Perform routine quality assurance and equipment checks.
Prepare procedure rooms and ensure all equipment and supplies are available and functioning properly.
Maintain a sterile and safe procedural environment.
Deliver compassionate, professional, and patient-centered care.
Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and administrative staff to maintain efficient patient flow. The ideal candidate must also be willing to support clinical staff in basic medical assisting duties, including but not limited to rooming patients and preparing them for provider evaluation and treatment, obtaining and accurately documenting vital signs, assisting with EMR documentation, and performing basic administrative tasks as needed to support efficient practice operations and exceptional patient care.
