Radiation Therapist - Federal Contract

Pay: $50 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Contract Length: Long-term federal contract, up to 5 years
Position Overview
Allmed Staffing is hiring a Radiation Therapist to support a federal healthcare facility in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with consistent hours and no weekend or holiday requirements.
You will work alongside a clinical team delivering radiation therapy services to patients in a structured, high-quality care environment.
Compensation
• $50 per hour taxable
• Weekly gross: $2,000
• Consistent 40 hours per week
• No on-call
• No weekends
• No federal holidays
Responsibilities
• Perform radiation therapy treatments as prescribed
• Conduct CT simulations for treatment planning
• Position patients and ensure accurate treatment delivery
• Operate radiation therapy equipment safely
• Perform daily quality assurance checks
• Document treatments in EMR systems
• Coordinate with physicians, physicists, and care teams
Requirements
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy
• Active state license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience
• Experience with CT simulation and treatment planning
• Strong attention to detail and patient care
