NiteLines USA is currently looking for Radiation Therapists to join the team! The prospective employee will provide services in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

Pay: $58 per hour.

Location: VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (excluding federal holidays).

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current ARRT certification.
• Have and maintain BLS and ACLS certifications.

Duties:

• Shall be well versed in the APEX program standards located on the ASTRO website and within SOPs.
• Reviews orders to determine if patient requires blood work and that bloodwork is ordered properly in CPRS.
• Properly warm up, QA, and operate CT simulator, LAP Lasers, and Bayer contrast injector. Maintains QA information in physics approved location.
• Prepares required contrast materials that are to be used for treatment simulations. Ensures proper use and administration of the contrast materials to avoid the risk of patient morbidity, therefore it is essential that the therapist has a thorough understanding of contrast material usage.
