From working on large-scale construction sites to performing high-end vehicle integrations, you will ensure our clients' networks are reliable and high-performing. This role is perfect for a technician who loves being in the field, traveling to new locations, and working with top-tier equipment from Motorola, Tait, and Kenwood.

    Key Responsibilities

System Installation: Perform hands-on installation of VHF/UHF radio infrastructure, including repeaters, base stations, antennas, and cabling.

Vehicle Integration: Install and configure mobile radio hardware across various vehicle fleets, ensuring professional-grade wiring and mounting.

Technical Programming: Program and tune handheld and mobile radios using manufacturer-specific software (Motorola, Tait, Kenwood, etc.).

Construction Site Support: Work effectively within active, large-scale construction environments, following all technical blueprints and safety protocols.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve RF interference, hardware failures, and connectivity issues in the field.

Testing: Utilize RF testing equipment (wattmeters, service monitors, etc.) to verify system performance and coverage.

    Qualifications & Requirements

Technical Background: 1–3+ years of experience with LMR (Land Mobile Radio) or VHF/UHF systems. Solid understanding of basic RF principles.

Hardware Familiarity: Experience with or a strong desire to learn the programming and hardware architectures of Motorola, Tait, and Kenwood systems.

Site Experience: Comfortable working on large-scale construction sites and coordinating with other trades/on-site personnel.

Travel Ready: Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time for multi-state project assignments.

Physical Stamina: Ability to work on ladders, in confined spaces (like vehicle dashboards or equipment closets), and outdoors in varying weather.

Licensing: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

    Benefits & Perks

We value our technicians and provide a package designed to support your career and personal well-being:

Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans.

Financial Future: 401(k) retirement plan with company match and company-paid Life Insurance.

Work-Life Balance: Competitive Paid Time Off (PTO) and vacation policy, plus 12] paid holidays.

Professional Growth: Tuition Reimbursement and paid manufacturer training/certifications. We want you to become an expert in the field.

Travel Rewards: Keep all hotel points and airline miles earned during business travel for your own personal use.
