Cedar Park Med is a leading healthcare staffing provider, connecting top medical professionals with rewarding career opportunities. We are currently seeking three skilled Radiologic Technologists (CT/MRI, Diagnostic and Interventional) for a 13-week contracts. 3 positions available.

Hiring for both local and traveler positions! Only candidates outside a 50-mile radius qualify for traveler roles. Rates vary based on experience and whether the position is local or traveler.

CT/MRI: Evenings. 10hrs, 4 days a week** **

Nuclear Med Tech: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. May need to start earlier.

Responsibilities:

Nuclear Medicine Duties:

• Perform routine diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under general supervision
• Utilize equipment such as Siemens EVOSPECT and Phillips Forte cameras, NMIS in hot lab
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring safety and compliance
• Document patient procedures using EPIC and image storage in Synapse PACS
• Maintain hot lab protocols and regulatory compliance
• Train and assist other staff as needed

Radiologic/CT Duties:

• Conduct CT imaging using Siemens CT Scanners
• Greet patients and explain examination procedures clearly and compassionately
• Accurately position patients and set exposure parameters for optimal image quality
• Operate imaging equipment efficiently, recognizing and troubleshooting malfunctions
• Ensure patient and staff safety by adhering to radiation safety standards
• Enter accurate procedure data into the Radiology Information System for billing and documentation
• Follow established departmental procedures and imaging protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to meet diagnostic goals

Qualifications:

• A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
• Valid NYS license and registration
• ARRT or CNMT certification in Nuclear Medicine (or board eligible)
• CPR certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in CT or MRI
• Experience with Siemens imaging systems is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC, PACS, and Radiology Information Systems
