Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience within the past 3 years

• Current Florida RN license required or eligibility to obtain prior to start

  • RN candidates with 3+ years' experience holding a compact license must still apply for Florida licensure
  • Candidates with less than 3 years of RN experience must take the NCLEX in Florida and obtain licensure before consideration

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of start

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required within 90 days

• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required within 90 days

• CCRN certification preferred
