    Job Title: Radiologic Technologist - New Surgery Center

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a part time skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our dynamic team at Sonoran (ASC) Ambulatory Sugery Center. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients while ensuring their safety and comfort.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Operate and manage diagnostic imaging equipment including X-ray and fluoroscopy machines, following established protocols and safety standards.
    - Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical personnel to ensure the accurate and timely capture of imaging results during surgical procedures.
    - Review and evaluate the quality of images to guarantee optimal diagnostic interpretation.
    - Maintain organized and accurate records of imaging procedures and ensure patient confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations.
    - Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining processes and answering any questions to ensure a smooth and supportive experience.
    - Assist in the development of imaging protocols and contribute to quality assurance initiatives to optimize patient care.
    - Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiologic technology and techniques to continually enhance skills and service offerings.

    Qualifications:

    - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field from an accredited program.
    - Valid and current license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in the state.
    - Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent credentials.
    - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with experience in a surgical or clinical setting preferred.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
    - Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
    - Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
