    Discover the heart of hospitality in our small but vibrant Sidney community. We're seeking Radiologic Technologists with a commitment to providing compassionate care at SRMC. The Radiology Department has a full-time night shift position working from 8:00pm until 6:00am Monday through Thursday.

    Starting range: $28.89/hour - Pay will be determined based on years of applicable experience.

    Job Type: Full-time, night shift

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology.
    • Prefer one year of clinical experience.
    • Must have a current and valid license as a Radiologic Technologist in the State of Nebraska.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
    • CT/MRI training will be provided by SRMC Radiology staff, if necessary.
    • Under the direction of a radiologist and radiology department head, perform diagnostic radiology procedures at a technical level that will require independent judgment.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, physician orders, QA/QC and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to accurately record patient history and chart appropriate documentation.
    • Perform direct patient care in the areas of CT and radiology (including X-ray, Fluoroscopy, C-arm guidance, and portable imaging); and positions patient on exam table and adjusts immobilization devices to obtain optimum views of specified area of body as requested by physician.
    • Communicate effectively between patient, patient's family, physicians, and other staff members of the health care team in evaluation of care to ensure continuity of care.
    • Move equipment (operating room, emergency room) and/or patient into specified position, adjust equipment controls, and set exposure factors (i.e. time and distance).
