Position Summary

This role begins with a laser focus on developing our Texas radiology market. Once key growth benchmarks are achieved, the position will evolve into a travel-based role, driving business development initiatives in high-potential markets nationwide. A key priority will be cultivating relationships with emergency departments and freestanding urgent care centers to drive imaging referrals and expand service utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development strategy for radiology services across Texas, including market analysis, referral network expansion, and partnership cultivation
• Proactively target and build relationships with ERs and freestanding urgent care centers to drive radiology referrals
• Engage hospitals, imaging centers, physician groups, and payers to expand market reach
• Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and report on KPIs and ROI
• Upon successful Texas market development, travel to emerging markets to replicate and scale growth strategies
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive teams to align business goals with service delivery
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and stakeholder meetings

Qualifications

• Experience marketing for diagnostic imaging services
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing or a healthcare-related environment
• Strong writing, content creation, and design skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, social media platforms)
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Must reside in Texas
