Schedule: Full-Time Afternoons, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Lead Daily Operations: Direct all aspects of our Radiology and Medical Imaging departments, ensuring seamless workflows that prioritize patient safety, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
- Build & Develop Your Team: Recruit, onboard, and mentor high-performing imaging professionals. Foster a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional growth while conducting meaningful performance evaluations.
- Optimize Resources & Budget: Strategically manage operational budgets, analyze financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Collaborate with leadership to plan capital investments that keep our imaging technology at the forefront of the industry.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of patient care by ensuring all departments meet accreditation requirements, licensing standards, and organizational policies. Stay ahead of regulatory changes and implement best practices.
- Drive Strategic Planning: Work collaboratively with the Director and management team to develop both short-term operational strategies and long-term vision for imaging services, positioning our department as a leader in diagnostic excellence.
- Foster Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across hospital departments, physicians, and external agencies to enhance patient outcomes and strengthen our community's healthcare ecosystem.
