About the Role

Our client is a nationally recognized academic medical center with a longstanding mission to serve all patients, regardless of ability to pay. They're adding a Radiology Supervisor to lead technical and administrative operations within their Diagnostic Radiology department.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily work schedules and assign duties to maintain patient flow and hit production goals
• Oversee staff operating imaging equipment and evaluate image accuracy and quality
• Provide hands-on technical assistance and coaching to the radiology team
• Demonstrate new techniques, equipment, and procedures
• Collaborate with the Chief Technologist and Radiology Administration Director

  Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
• ARRT certified and registered in Radiography — R.T.(R)
• MA Licensed as a Radiologic Technologist
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Completion of a two-year approved Radiologic Technology program or equivalent (Associates Degree preferred)
• Supervisory experience a plus

• Base salary: $71,510 – $104,000
• Sign-on bonus: up to $15,000
