    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    Radix Health is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Sales to help us continue our explosive sales growth.

    We are looking for a team player that thrives in a start-up culture and utilizes a consultative sales approach to bring value to prospective clients. The ideal candidate can help prospective clients identify strategic goals, build consensus across constituencies, and consistently articulate Radix Health's value proposition. This person has 10+ years of sales experience, and a consistent record of achieving and exceeding their sales goals. In addition to their impressive sales experience, they also experienced in selling software solutions to providers and health systems, preferably with Practice Management / EHR background or software that integrates into the major EHR/ PM systems.

    The Regional Vice President, Sales will report to our Chief Growth Officer. Together, this team will help people learn about patient access and patient experience from angles they may never have considered.

    This is an individual contributor role and may lead to a leadership role with our continued growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Direct sales presentation of the Radix Health solutions to provider groups, hospitals and health systems
    • Recruit and develop prospective Radix Health clients
    • Facilitate required meetings for prospective Radix Health clients
    • Conduct solution demonstrations, both web-based and on-site
    • Qualify, navigate and closes phases of the Radix Health buying process to drive top line growth
    • Meet or exceed assigned target quota
    • Assist in client implementation and set up as needed and directed
    • Support marketing, lead-generation, and trade show attendance; travel as needed and directed by the Chief Growth Officer
    • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on pipeline status in Radix CRM system (Hubspot)
    • Accurately forecast and report on sales pipeline and associated activities
    • Other duties as assigned by Radix

    Skills and Personal Attributes:

    • Action-oriented doer who can achieve results despite lack of resources
    • Proactive at making things happen relative to getting the job done
    • Contagious team player. While you will be remote, you will work closely with our BDR, marketing, and client operations team
    • Knowledge of health care, economics, and business
    • Ability to work independently, quickly and accurately, while under deadline pressure
    • Being easy to work with
    • Goals are important to us, you'll have a quota to meet and we will equip you well to meet it

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; MBA preferred
    • Ten or more years' experience in consultative and/or enterprise healthcare sales
    • Healthcare sales experience in a hospital setting preferred
    • Ability to consistently achieve or exceed set quotas
    • Experience in structured solution sales methodology (complex sales)
    • Impeccable client-facing skills, including verbal presentation and written communication
    • Highly organized and capable of handling several projects simultaneously

    Location / Travel:

    • IDEALLY IN A MAJOR MARKET IN THE WESTERN HALF OF THE US
    • Travel may exceed 40% at times, in order to meet the requirements of the position
