SOFTWARE DESIGN CONSULTANT

We're looking for a Software Design Consultant to play a key role in delivering the Radix platform to optimize patient access for leading medical groups around the country. As Software Design Consultant, you'll be focused on understanding customers' patient access challenges and workflows and implementing solutions in our proprietary DASHsuite. We are looking for someone who thrives as part of a team, loves process improvement, thinks critically, and is a really strong communicator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work across internal teams and with our clients to understand our new and existing clients' patient access workflows
• Work with other team members to implement those workflows in Radix's proprietary DASHsuite
• Participate in software testing to ensure our system is delivering the optimal results

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA or BS, with degrees in engineering or business preferred
• Strong analytic skills and demonstrated ability to think critically; experience working with SQL is a plus
• Excellent people skills and ability to engage a broad set stakeholders
• Emphasis on exceeding client expectations
• Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
