    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    We are looking for high-energy and driven professionals who can think critically, learn quickly, and flick off rejection to build our business development organization. As a Business Development Representative you'll be focused on generating qualified prospects using cold email, cold calling, and networking. As the first line of outbound contact, you'll need to become an expert in our products and services, understand the needs of large medical groups, and determine whether they may benefit from our services. You'll need to be quick on your feet, tenacious, and possess grit to overcome objections. You'll use your convincing personality and passion for our work to help show the world how Radix can transform patient access.

    You will report to our VP, Sales & Marketing, but will work closely with all members of our team. As a data-driven, result-oriented company, you should be comfortable holding yourself accountable to targets for the volumes of outbound activity, the number of appointments secured and the subsequent revenues generated from the activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identifying new business opportunities by finding prospects that fit our ideal client profile and using phone, email, snail mail, and social media to qualify them
    • Creating sales opportunities where they do not currently exist
    • Communicating our value proposition to prospects and sometimes to gatekeepers
    • Facilitating product demonstrations with prospective clients
    • Keeping track of what you're doing in our CRM (Hubspot) so others can coordinate around your activities
    • Providing feedback on market trends and competitive activities
    • Never giving up

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    • 1-2 years of work experience after college graduation
    • Demonstrated ability to work through and around obstacles and challenges
    • Interest in healthcare or health technology
    • Aspiration to grow with an organization
