We are looking for a Operations Associate to play a key role in determining how the Radix platform can optimize patient access for leading medical groups around the country. As Operations Associate, you'll be focused on understanding and addressing customers' patient access challenges, scheduling and referral management workflows, and providers' area of expertise through quantitative and qualitative methodologies.  You'll be helping to analyze large amounts of data, interview key stakeholders ranging from patients to staff to physicians, and provide customer support.  We are looking for someone who thrives as part of a team, loves process improvement, thinks critically, and is a really strong communicator.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA or BS, with degrees in systems and industrial engineering or business preferred but open to any major
• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare operations or management consulting preferred but open to recent grads
• Strong analytic skills and demonstrated ability to think critically
• Excellent people skills and ability to engage a broad set stakeholders
