    Job Description

    JOB TITLE: Outside Sales Representative

    LOCATION: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

    INCENTIVE PAY: Base Salary, Uncapped Commissions, (Compounding YoY) Car Allowance, Annual Bonus, Company Cell Phone, Reimbursed Tolls and Full Medical

    TOTAL COMP EXPECTATIONS: 1st Year- $75K-100K

     

    OVERVIEW: We are expanding our business in the DFW area by opening our first location in Ft. Worth and we are looking for an experienced and driven individual to be our Business Development Manager for this new territory. As a BDM, you will concentrate on large projects under construction such as: apartment complexes, high-rise buildings, schools, hospitals, etc... Once the job is sold our Account Executives will take over the day-to-day fulfillment of the project. You are then responsible for keeping up with and building upon our new relationship.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Learn our sales process and techniques
    • Generate leads and close new business through various sales strategies
    • Leverage leads, referrals, and networking partners to acquire new customers
    • Maintain and build new revenue streams with new and current clients
    • Attend industry workshops, social and networking events
    • Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients
    • Negotiate contracts
    • Be a Rockstar

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Outside sales experience
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to perform independently
    • Driven and self-motivated
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
