    No prior radon experience? No problem. We provide paid training. This role is an excellent fit for individuals looking for a strong career transition from hands-on industries like construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, warehouse logistics, manufacturing, maintenance, landscaping, public safety, or military service.

    What We Offer:

    Competitive Pay: $15/hr - $25/hr

    Company Vehicle: Fully equipped company truck provided for all daily field travel to job sites. (Note: Vehicles dispatch from our Athens shop daily and remain at the shop overnight; they are not take-home vehicles).

    Primary Objective & Transferable Tasks: You will install Radon Mitigation Systems into existing homes following a proven, teachable strategy. To excel in this role, you will use a diverse skill set to:

    Get Work Done: Safely route PVC piping systems, operate basic power tools to mount inline fans, and seal system entry points.

    Prepare Logistically: Proactively review job specs to determine needed materials, tools, and equipment to efficiently load your truck.

    Make Customers Happy: Keep the customer’s home clean, take pride in leaving it better than you found it.

    Prioritize Safety: Ensure all structural adjustments are performed safely, strictly adhering to team safety standards.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    Education: High school diploma or GED required.

    Driver's License: Valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are mandatory for driving company vehicles.

    Licensing: No specific trade license required to start.

    Huge Bonus: Existing licensure or certification in Radon Mitigation or Radon Measurement (NRPP / NRSB) is highly preferred and commands higher starting pay.

    Physical Demands: Ability to handle physical field labor, including climbing ladders, lifting equipment, and working comfortably in tight spaces (crawlspaces/attics).
