    We are currently seeking a Program Management (PM) Analyst, Senior to support PMA-261 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The PM Analyst, Senior is responsible for directly supporting the Production Integrated Product Team (IPT). Is responsible for providing program management support for the assigned programs. The Senior PM Analyst will provide support for effective life cycle management, which includes acquisition, production, contract execution, integration, sustainment support and financial management for the Production IPT. The responsibilities encompass program management, technical management, and risk management support to the Production IPT. Serves as a key participant in the development of an acquisition strategy, technical evaluations, and configuration management that serves as the framework for integrating functional activities essential to the acquisition effort and serves as the basis for specific program management documents, reports schedule delays, and various other actions that support the overall goals of the Program Office.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Under the general guidance of the Production Program Manager and/or a designated Co-Lead, the PM Analyst is responsible for planning, managing, and controlling the work efforts required for successful accomplishment of the acquisition program. Major duties and position requirements are:


    · Candidate must be able to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplined environment.

    · Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

    · Candidate must be comfortable and confident with facilitating meetings.

    · Assist with the management of cost and schedule requirements/initiatives for all CH-53K Production products and related processes.

    · Analyze managing activity contract award and delivery schedules to identify potential cost & schedule impacts to the production line and work with the team to develop mitigation plans.

    · Develop, prepare, and coordinate routing of statement of work (SOW), acquisition documentation, and contractual attachments.

    · Participate in review and tailoring of Request for Proposal (RFP), and Statement of Work (SOW) on contracts, attachments, and other documentation with the internal team.

    · Work with USMC and International teams to develop, create, and maintain attachments in accordance with policies and procedures established by cognizant authority.

    · Assist in various meetings and provide minutes as required.

    · Candidate will monitor the schedule to include delivery milestones, effort deadlines, and critical path activities.

    · Candidate will monitor the schedule to identify critical path changes to the baseline and implementation of changes as it relates to aircraft delivery.

    Required Experience and Education:

    • MS/MA Degree
    • At Least 10 years of professional experience in duties described in the functional description. 3+ years of NAVAIR Program support highly desired.

    Desired Skills and Knowledge:

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project)

    · Proficient with Microsoft Teams

    · Configuration Management, execution of Engineering Change Proposals

    · Technical Evaluations

    · DoD Contracts/Procurement

    · Proficient in Acquisition Management System (AMS), specifically Procurement Management Tool (PMT) and Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) Tool

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
