- Accurately and efficiently selects correct merchandise to fill customer orders
- Use RF scan guns to verify and check on locations and to enter data
- Completes paperwork as necessary
- Picks, packs and ships efficiently
- Builds boxes, labels efficiently
- Unloads trucks by hands as needed
- Maintains clean work areas
- Follows company safety policies and procedures
- Informs distribution leadership of safety hazards or problem situations
- Keeps up with required metrics for departments assigned to work
- Support other job assignments as needed for box making, re-work, returns, stock or as directed by Distribution leadership
- Other job duties as assigned
Required Skills
Required Experience
- Ability to read, write and perform basic math
- Must have legible handwriting
- Understand and worked on metrics based performance
- Preferred RF scan gun experience
- Ability to lift between 35-50lbs as needed
- Able to stand on cement floors for long periods of time
- Ability to climb stairs
- Must be able to work overtime as needed and last minute
